Booking
Appointments and reservations are required and subject to availability. Walk-ins may be taken on a limited basis. We suggest reserving Couple's Experiences 1 to 2 weeks in advance for best booking choices. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card or hotel room.Cancellation and Move Policy
24 hours cancellation applies for single services. 48 hours cancellation applies for multiple services or multiple guests or packages. Any changes made to the reservation within the cancellation time frame are subject to full charges for no shows, late cancellations or moves.Health Concerns
Please advise our front desk if you are experiencing any ongoing or immediate health concerns such as; pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or injury. Our team will be delighted to find the most suitable services for you.Arrivals
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your first service to fill out a guest intake form, change into robe and sandals and enjoy amenities. For Nail services please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.Spa Amenity Use
Use of the locker rooms, steam rooms, showers and relaxation lounge are available for use 1 hour before your first appointment and 1 hour after your last appointment. Pool access is for registered hotel guests only. The spa does not offer a day pass for guests that do not have booked spa services. Nail guests may add locker room access for $15.Service Charge
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to your bill. 18% is gratuity that is discretionary and may be adjusted based on satisfaction of services rendered, and is dispersed to your service provider(s). A 2% fee is retained by the facility. -
