Yes, we offer private menu tastings with our Chef. Menu tastings are complimentary for up to 4 guests after the wedding contract is signed. If you would like to schedule a tasting before signing the wedding contract, we can conduct one for $120.00 (plus service charge & tax) per person. If you decide to book with use after the tasting, we will credit your account the cost of the tasting.

No, we do not require a wedding planner. We always highly recommend hiring a wedding planner or day-of coordinator to ensure every detail of your day is executed to your vision, but it is not required.

Yes, the wedding package at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach includes a bridal ready room for the bridal party. It is available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day of the wedding. It includes tables and chairs, stools for hair & makeup, a full-length mirror, water station, and clothing rack. Food may be ordered for the room.

The traditional wedding package includes a private ballroom with custom floor plan, champagne toast, floor-length white linens and napkins, dance floor, votive candles, and all tables for guestbook, place cards, gifts, etc. It also includes a complimentary guestroom for the wedding couple on the night of the wedding, discounted guestroom rates for wedding guests, discounted valet parking, a private menu tasting, and spa discount

The average cost of a wedding at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach is $10,000 - $25,000. It varies depending on the number of guests. Our traditional wedding package is $168 per person for a plated dinner, $182 per person for buffet, and $188 per person for stations (plus service charge & tax).

For Beach ceremonies, the ceremony fee includes officiant, rehearsal day prior to wedding, wedding arch, white garden chairs, set up & tear down. 

For ceremonies on the Palm Lawn on the Pool, the ceremony fee includes rehearsal day prior to wedding, six hedge walls, white garden chairs, set up & tear down.
