Booking
Appointments and reservations are required and subject to availability. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card or hotel room.

Health Concerns
Please advise our front desk if you are experiencing any on-going or immediate health concerns such as: allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension, cancer treatment or injury. Our team will be delighted to find the most suitable services for you.

Florida Law
As required by Florida Law for the safety and security of our guests, a valid, Government-Issued ID is required at check-in. This policy applies to all guests including hotel or local guests. Acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, passport or national identification card. Failure to provide ID will result in cancellation of service, and is subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to our guests and our spa team we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your appointment we require 48 hours’ notice. Full charges apply cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or No Show.

Move Policy
Your services are scheduled specifically for you. Moving treatment times later is considered cancelling the previous time and is subject to the cancellation policy. There is no penalty for moving appointment times earlier, based on availability.

Pricing*
Please note that spa pricing varies based on peak or non-peak spa times, and can fluctuate based on business levels, weekends and holidays. We recommend booking early for best spa pricing and rates.

Service Charge
A 20% service charge is added to your spa bill and includes an 18% gratuity for your service provider and a 2% facility fee.

Arrivals
Pallavi Spa recommends arriving 45 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to allow ample time to check-in, present ID and fill out the guest intake form. Late arrivals will result in shortened services at the full cost of the treatment.

Amenities
Spa amenities include Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms, Eucalyptus Steam Rooms, Digital Waterfall Showers, Co-Ed Relaxation Lounge and the Ladies’ Lanai outdoor relaxation space. Use of the Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub are reserved for Registered Hotel Guests and Pallavi Spa Members Only. You have use of the amenities 1 hour before your first service and 1 hour after your last service. Locker room amenities close 30 minutes prior to the close of the spa. Nail guests may add locker room access for $20. The spa does not offer a Day Pass.

Shower Pass
Registered hotel guests may purchase a shower pass to access the locker rooms and showers for 1 hour on the day of their departure. The fee is $20 per person paid upon check-in. Availability may be limited, inquire at spa reception.

Fijian Sugar Polish | 50 minutes, *$160 supreme softness and hydration.
Escape to the islands of Fiji with an ultimate skin softening sugar scrub and body milk application. Warmed coconut milk is drizzled on the skin and a tropical turbinado sugar is applied.
